10G 17 PIN

The R198P/A receiver integrates a 10 Gb/s PIN PD and TIA into an MSA surface-mount package. These compact receivers can be mounted directly to a printed circuit board, thus avoiding the space, routing, and EMI problems of a mechanical cutout. The output voltages are AC coupled internal to the component package.
