Singlet VCSELs

These high-performance, near-infrared, Vertical Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers (VCSELs) are tailored to meet the needs of high-speed data communications and telecommunications applications. The devices operate in multiple transverse and single longitudinal modes, ensuring stable coupling of power and low noise when used with multimode fiber. VCSEL singlets are available in the following wavelengths; 780 nm, 800 nm, 825 nm, 850 nm.
